The Indiana Association for Home and Hospice Care is excited to announce a new membership benefit for your agency aimed at supporting employee engagement and retention. The C.A.R.E. (Creating Action and Resources for Employees) Connect program is here to assess the needs of employees and identify resources and other ways to provide support.

Workforce Development Consultants (WDCs) work within regions across the state and are ready to assist your agency and employees in a confidential and ongoing basis. They will serve as a direct conduit to many state, county, and local resources.

Workforce Development Consultants assist employees with:

  • Housing Support
  • Behavioral Health Referrals
  • Legal Assistance
  • Financial Hardships
  • Childcare Needs
  • Transportation Support
  • Continuing Education
  • Community Food Resources
  • Utility Assistance
  • Or General Career Coaching

To learn how your agency can benefit or begin working with your assigned Workforce Development Consultant, contact Tim Scully, Director of Workforce Development.

The C.A.R.E Connect program is supported with funding provided by United Healthcare.
