Tim Scully
Tim Scully serves as the Director of Workforce Development for the Indiana Association for Home & Hospice Care. He managed all activities with C.A.R.E. Connect and supervise the Workforce Development Consultants. He has called Indianapolis home since 2011 and is originally from central Wisconsin. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a master’s degree in higher education administration from Indiana State University. In his spare time, you’ll see Tim running half marathons around the city, attending concerts, and eating at his favorite restaurants. Tim enjoys spending time with his 2 dogs – Goose & Bella, both pit bulls adopted from local rescues. He also serves on the board of directors for Pet Friendly Services of Indiana.
Hannah Lavin
Hannah Lavin is a Senior Workforce Development Consultant with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their highest potential. Originally from Chicago, she now resides in Culver, Indiana. Hannah earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Purdue University and holds a master’s degree in criminal justice from Arizona State University. She also serves as an adjunct instructor in the Social & Behavioral Sciences Department at Joliet Junior College. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys cheering on the Fighting Irish, traveling to new cities, and boating on Lake Maxinkuckee.
Kate Doty
Kate is the workforce development consultant that serves the southwestern portion of the state. Though she was born and raised in Indianapolis, she has lived in every state that borders Lake Michigan. She earned her bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a master's in clinical mental health counseling from Western Michigan University. Kate is a mother of two children and spends what little free time she has seeking out live music, painting, and reading.
Leslie Rowley
Leslie Rowley is the Grant Coordinator for the Indiana Association for Home and Hospice Care. Leslie oversees the Childcare Grant implementation. She moved to Indiana from Michigan last year and is enjoying living near a large city. Leslie has a Bachelor Degree in Community Health Education from Utah State University and has spent her career in both the Corporate and Non-profit sectors. When she’s not working, she is wrangling her 3 little boys under the age of 6. She also loves traveling and has been to 20 different countries.
Anita Hall
Anita Hall is a Workforce Development Consultant (WDC) for the Indiana Association for Home & Hospice Care. As a WDC consultant, Anita partners with agency members and their employees to provide resources, ongoing support, and coaching services in a personalized approach. She has a BS in Accounting and a MS in Technology, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Indiana University Purdue University. Anita loves spending time with her children and family, traveling, and reading. She’s a member of the Marion County Community Corrections Advisory Board in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Francine Carter
Francine Carter serves as the Financial Wellness Consultant for the C.A.R.E. Connect Program through the Indiana Association for Home & Hospice Care. She is responsible for providing financial services to members to create a sustainable and long-lasting approach to financial wellness. She is a Certified Financial Social Worker (CFSW) from The Center for Financial Social Work. She holds both Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana. She received her accreditation as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from IPEC and her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation. Francine's motto is to live an authentic life filled with truth, transparency, love and deep connection. Preferably over a good glass of wine, with some sarcasm for added fun!
Lynn Shaw
Lynn Shaw is a Workforce Development Consultant for the counties of Boone, Shelby, Johnson, Hancock, and part of Marion. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor, and Certified Intrinsic Coach, Lynn brings 30+ years of experience in diverse work settings. She recently retired from higher education as a tenured associate professor of social work, worked as a mental health and substance abuse practitioner, and offered presentations on laughter therapy for stress resiliency. Lynn’s extensive training in laughter therapy led her to certifications as a laughter yoga leader and mindfulness meditation teacher. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University and a Doctorate of Education from Ball State University. Lifelong Hoosiers, Lynn and her husband enjoy babysitting their granddaughter, playing euchre, and watching fun movies. Most weekends find Lynn living vicariously through professional athletes enjoying many sports as a spectator!
Dr Janet Marquis
Dr. Janet Marquis serves as a Workforce Development Consultant for the IAHHC CARE Connect Program for 18 SE IN counties and a handful of Marion County Agencies. Janet is from SW Pennsylvania but has spent over 24 years as a Midwesterner living in IN and IL. Janet is a graduate of Indiana State University where she earned her BS in Sports Medicine, Eastern Illinois University where she earned her MS in Sports Administration, and she earned her PhD. In Business Organizational Leadership from Capella University. Dr. Marquis loves to travel in the mountainous western states and when home she enjoys wood carving and has dabbled in woodworking projects. Keeping her company at home is her best friend, 14-year-old Yorkie/Bichon mixed breed dog.... Indy Anna! Janet values her time visiting with her 14 great nephews and nieces located all throughout the county.
Kellie Herber
Kellie Herber, originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, has been a resident of the Fort Wayne area for 23 years. Her extensive career spans over 30 years in leadership within the non-profit sector, encompassing management, administration, pastoral care, and executive roles. This includes three years of service at the Canadian Military base in Germany. Currently, Kellie is a Workforce Development Consultant for the IAHHC C.A.R.E Connect program, marking eight years of dedication to the hospice field. She holds an M.A.B.C. from Trinity Seminary. In her leisure time, Kellie enjoys camping, traveling, attending Komets hockey games, reading, and off-roading in her Jeep. Married with three adult children, four grandchildren, and a collection of cats and dogs, Kellie embraces a full and vibrant life.
