IHHC Foundation

The Indiana Home & Hospice Care (IHHC) Foundation raises funds to support our mission: to promote the health and well-being of Indiana residents and increase knowledge and acceptance of home and community based health services such as hospice and home care among the public and among health care professionals. IHHC provides education for community-based health care providers; providing education for the general public related to home care, hospice, health maintenance, and community based services; providing education opportunities for health care workers, including scholarship programs; providing and encouraging participation in demonstration projects to promote healthier communities; and, research concerning quality and outcomes of home health care.
